Archive

PLUTO can collect data from real time sources(i) and log them into multiple SQL databases(ii). This module responds to the growing demand from customers unsatisfied by the quality of their existing archives and want to create a new database with clean and accurate data.

Designed in 64 bits, PLUTO Historian is a robust datalogger capable to archive thousands of data per second in both utc or local time format. Data are logged in standard and open SQL database tables to be also accessible by any third-party applications.

Transform

KPI
PLUTO Analytics enables to transform raw data into valuable informations. The module enables to create Analytics with Math expressions and SQL Queries from any databases. Expressions can be executed automatically to create a new database with key performance indicators. Expressions can combine multiple Queries from different databases from any date and time to create unlimited analytics.

ALARMS
PLUTO Alarms enables to create alarms from real time values but also from analytics stored in the database. The objective is to immediately detect and notify people when an alarm or a critical deviation occurs. Moreover, PLUTO can leverage alarms generated by Scada system and logged into SQL Server databases. Finally, it will be easy to create alarm reports because all PLUTO objects can retrieve alarm analysis.

Design

PLUTO offers a user-friendly tool for designing and configuring reporting, monitoring and mobile applications. Object oriented and very intuitive, the tool doesn’t require any specific competences and can be used by anyone.

The whole configuration for any object is done through a list of properties to fill (tag name, statistical function and period). Fantastic appearances options enable to make it nice (color, font, size, icon, legend, title…).

Users can also create templates than can be used in multiple projects and define Excel templates to generate reports in xls format.


Generate

PLUTO is based on a client server technology to manage multiple applications together.

PLUTO REPORTING
PLUTO can execute automatically PNG, PDF and XLS reports when an event occurs, on schedule and on user demand.
Once generated, reports are automatically distributed to multiple recipients by email and stored in the PLUTO server.

PLUTO MONITORING
Inspired by the digital signage technology, PLUTO enables to create Monitoring applications to be displayed in multiple large screens.
Each Monitoring is define with a list of live dashboards that will run continuously in a loop mode.

PLUTO integrates 4 web responsive applications based on ANGULAR and HTML technologies for fast performances and unlimited connections.
