A powerful package

We designed our software with powerful tools for process automation.
- Trigger-based IFTTT rules to automate notifications, arm/disarm intrusion alarm system, turn outputs based on events and input states or manage door operation modes.
- Scripting engine delivers even more power at your fingertips. The C# based engine allows to build custom logic and functionality, such as: multi-door interlocks, user group counting with allow/deny lists, extended user monitoring tools or even meal counters at the canteen.

Easy-to-setup system
Quick to install and easy to learn: both for integrators and end-users. Get going in just a few easy steps after installation:
- Auto-detect devices;
- Set doors, access levels and schedules;
- Add users, assign rights… and you‘re done!
A base level engineer certification training takes less than a day, and many end-users are able to get going without even reading the quick-start manual.
Operator convenience
Clear, universally accepted icons and colour schemes help even new Operators feel right at home with CredoID.
Furthermore, CredoID uses a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) approach. Do you have constantly rotating security staff? It will only take a few minutes to prepare a new guard for the task. Does your company HR department only need access to reports? Easy, create a template and assign a viewing permission.
For larger organizations, CredoID offers even more flexibility in the form of logical database segmentation. Need to setup an autonomous administrator for your new building? No problem, just add a new Location and have devices, users and their access rights managed as a subset of your main organization!

High performance and scalability
CredoID is highly efficient in resource usage. It can run on modest parameter VMs or low-power PCs for small systems. However, it can handle a few thousands of controllers and doors effortlessly, and generate reports from tens of millions of data records.
Convenient user data import as well as Active Directory integration features offer further time savings for system administrators.
You are free to extend CredoID any way you like. It offers an open REST API with over 400 calls available.

Interactive floor plan and event location highlighting
The floor plan feature helps to quickly identify the exact location of the alert. See the status of an area or individual input / output, door states and more. Arming and disarming security areas from the map is available with the ASB intrusion system.
In case of multiple plans, CredoID can focus on the highlighted event location and helps to navigate to it.
Multi-factor IDs and license plate recognition
CredoID allows assigning multiple credentials for users.
While ID cards are by far the most popular credential type, you may be willing to use PIN codes or QR codes for visitors, License plate recognition for car entrance to parking, fingerprint for secure areas or even Mobile IDs from HID Global or STid on compatible readers.
CredoID allows creating of up to 5 credential sets per user, giving you a real freedom of choice without compromising security.
Monitoring and Security
Elevator control is supported on HID Aero and Mercury controllers. Providing simple (only activating outputs) or input feeedback (tracking user floor choice) modes, up to 128-floor elevator can be set up per single Aero controller.
Scheduled door modes, Anti-passback, ID badge printing and more
There are multiple convenience features in CredoID that add to daily user experience.
For example, scheduled door modes allow keeping the lobby door open during work hours, automatically switching to locked mode at night.
Anti-passback allows stricter control over entrance policy violations.
The ID badge design module allows printing employee IDs or issuing disposable visitor passes with QR codes.
You can even configure OSDP reader LED colors and beeper to your liking.
Triggers and actions in addition to powerful scripting engine
One of the most powerful features of CredoID is the ability to automate processes based on predefined event conditions. Get e-mail notifications when someone enters the office or get a video verification of anti-passback violation.
Scripting engine allows running additional C# code from within CredoID as independent worker process. A library of ready-made scripts, such as canteen entry counter and limiter, parking space monitoring or a one-click multi-door interlock are available for further extension of CredoID capabilities.
Mobile reader-controller device
CredoID supports iClass SE compatible mobile reader-controller devices C-One 2 from Coppernic. With the CredoID application installed, the device can read card, PIN or QR code data and verify it against an internal copy of the database even in offline mode. Security personnel can add comments and photo proof of the events, which are then submitted to CredoID server at first opportunity to connect.
The device can serve at entrance or mustering spots of construction sites, oil fields, mines, ports and other locations.
Active Directory support and automated user data import
Efficient user data exchange saves a lot of time for system administrators. For smaller projects, automated .csv list imports can help enroll the whole organization in a matter of minutes.
Larger entities appreciate LDAP support in CredoID, which ensures that user credentials and access levels are always up-to-date with the main directory.
Open REST API with 3rd party integrations: VMS, Visitor and Workplace management
REST API makes a full set of CredoID features available for integrations with other software and services.
Our partnerships with SPLAN visitor management platform, Door-Tablet and SpaceBooking workplace reservation services, Lensec Perspective VMS and Digifort VMS extend the possibilities far beyond access control.

Multi-language web interface with dark mode
These languages are available out of the box. A convenient translation tool is available to make it usable in your language, too.
Light and dark color themes allow operators to pick the best view for their work environment.
